01 Who we are

Bassworld GmbH operates a ticketing marketplace that connects event organizers with attendees. We sell tickets as an agent on behalf of the organizer, who is responsible for the event itself.

02 Your account

You must be at least 16 to create an account, and meet the age requirement of any event you attend. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

03 Buying tickets

Prices shown include all mandatory fees before checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with your QR tickets.

Tickets are held for 10 minutes during checkout. If the timer runs out, they are released back to sale.

04 Entry & QR codes

Each QR code admits one person once. Rotating codes in the app refresh every 30 seconds. Organizers may refuse entry to anyone without valid photo ID or who breaches venue rules.

05 Refunds & resale

If an event is cancelled, you receive a full refund including fees within 14 days. If it is rescheduled, your ticket stays valid or you can request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

You may resell tickets only through Bassworld, and never above face value.

06 Liability

We are not responsible for the content or running of events. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
